Every four months the whole Coversol company gathers for a retreat.
These retreats are all about building team cohesion. We do this through work-related lessons-learned and problem-solving sessions, but of course also through non-work-related activities, which we at Coversol value highly, as we are currently a predominantly remote company where the whole team meets in person only at irregular intervals.
Some highlights of these few days:
We were able to welcome our newest employees, Gian Marco and Ettore. For them, these days have been a bit like drinking from a fire hose (in terms of information, not water skiing).
Luca from DXT gave a very insightful presentation on the status and outlook of the Italian power market.
We went hiking, water skiing and mountain biking.
On the last day we were joined by our main EPC partner Arpex (Paolo P., Daniele L., Paolo B.) to discuss how best to prepare for the launch of our next portfolio.
In short, batteries are recharged, team spirit is high, focus is clear
